HALLOWEEN SHOW PARTICIPATION

Showtimes * 5:30 PM * 6:00 PM * 6:30 PM * 7:00 PM * 7:30 PM * 8:00 PM

All participants must be available for all 5 showtimes.

  • Date: 2025 TBA

  • Location: Dancer Studio

    • Call Time:  4:30 PM  “Show Ready”- Hair & makeup done

Saturday Studio Rehearsals: Saturday morning rehearsals are mandatory, If you are unable to attend a rehearsal please contact the studio in advance. 

  • Date: TBA    at   11:00 AM - 12 NOON


DANCERS & PARENTS What You Need to Know:

Tickets: Tickets will be sold In-Studio during business Hours. Information on tickets sales and pricing TBA. 

Costumes: Participants will be provided with costumes and props as part of the participation fee. All costumes are property of Dancers Studio.You are responsible for returning all costume pieces and accessories. If a costume or accessory is lost or not returned, the participant or their guardian will be liable for the replacement cost.

Participation Fee Amount: $25

  • What the Fee Covers:

    • Costumes, Extra Rehearsals, Performance Materials & Show Production

Participation in the Halloween Show requires a commitment to attend all scheduled rehearsals. Consistent attendance is crucial for the success of the show and absences from rehearsals may result in the inability to participate in the show.

Behavior and Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a positive and respectful attitude during rehearsals and the performance. Any behavior that disrupts the group or affects the show’s success may result in removal from the event.

Stay Updated:

Photographs and videos may be taken of your child during classes, rehearsals, performances, or other studio-related activities. These images may be used on social media platforms, the studio’s website, and other promotional materials.
